Owner Julie Hodson studied under Grand Master Maing Yul Jung for 15 years.  Under his instruction, she overcame injuries resulting from a car accident and went on to be a gold medalist in international Tai Chi competition in Beijing, China in 2004 and 2007. Today she enjoys teaching Tai Chi to beginners and allowing others to teach Kung Fu, Wing Chun and Kali at her school.  She is currently taking Wing Chun herself and aspires to be a certified Wing Chun teacher specializing in Chi Sau.

Wing Chun and Kali Fighting System

Many start studying Wing Chun to learn self-defense. This simple and direct style of Kung Fu has immediate practical applications. David also teaches Kids' Kung Fu for ages 6 to 10.

Tai Chi and Traditional Kung Fu

These Chinese government sanctioned sports are designed to promote the best of Chinese culture through their complexity, artistic beauty and health benefits. Sifu Julie Hodson teaches Tai Chi. Sifu Trey Dick teaches Kung Fu.

Children's Kung Fu

Tuesday and Thursday, children learn discipline, develop coordination, and master the basic Kung Fu moves. David McClendon teaches the childrens' classes.
